This Privacy Policy explains how NOSH7, a pure vegetarian salad cloud kitchen and meal subscription service operated by proprietor Sapna Ram in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India ("NOSH7", "we", "us"), collects, uses, and protects your information across our apps and services: the NOSH7 customer app, the NOSH7 delivery partner app, and our internal kitchen and admin console. By using our apps and services you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run your meal subscription and deliver your food.

Account details	Your name, phone number, a login PIN or passcode, and optionally your email address.
Dietary and health preferences	Information you choose to share so we can personalise your meals, such as gender, height, weight, dietary preference (for example Jain, Swaminarayan, vegan) and any health condition or food instruction you provide.
Delivery information	Your delivery addresses and, when you allow it, your device location, which we use only to place your address accurately on the map and to plan delivery routes.
Order and payment records	Your subscriptions, delivery schedule, order history, wallet balance, and payment records (including online payments and cash on delivery).
Delivery partner data	For delivery staff using the partner app: identity, assigned route, delivery status, and cash collected during the shift.
Device and usage data	Basic technical information such as app activity and log data needed to keep the app secure and working.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your subscription and prepare meals to your dietary preferences.
• To schedule, route, and complete your deliveries.
• To process payments, maintain your wallet, and keep order and billing records.
• To provide customer support and send you service messages about your orders.
• To keep our service secure and to meet legal and accounting obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run NOSH7, and only as needed:

• Supabase, which hosts our secure database and backend.
• Google Maps Platform, for address lookup, geocoding, and maps.
• Razorpay, for processing online payments.
• WhatsApp and Meta, for sending order and account notifications you have opted into.
• Our delivery partners, who receive the name, address, and order details needed to deliver your meals.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or safety.

Location data

Location access is optional and is used only to set your delivery address correctly and to plan delivery routes. You can decline location access and enter your address manually, and you can change this permission at any time in your device settings.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as you have an account with us and as long as needed for the purposes above, including meeting tax and accounting requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and stored on secured, access controlled systems. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to close your account. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Our apps are intended for adults (18 years and older) and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here with a new "Last updated" date.
