This Refund Policy applies to every meal plan and subscription bought from NOSH7 through our website, the customer app, WhatsApp or cash payment.
Once a subscription is bought, no refund will be provided. Our plan prices are offered on the basis of advance booking: we plan our purchasing, kitchen and delivery capacity around the meals you book up front, and the lower per meal price reflects that. For this reason the amount paid for a plan cannot be returned, in full or in part, whether the plan has been used or not.
If you cannot use the meals left in your balance, you can gift them to another person instead. Message us on WhatsApp from your registered number with the name and phone number of the person receiving them and how many meals to transfer. We move the meals to their NOSH7 account, and they use them under the same validity period.
Every meal bought must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase. Meals not used by then expire and cannot be refunded, extended or carried over. Gifting unused meals to someone else before the expiry date is the way to avoid losing them. This validity rule applies to meals bought on or after 13 October 2026, and our team applies it manually.
If a meal was missing, wrong or not as it should be, message us on WhatsApp the same day with your phone number and, if you can, a photo. Our team will look into it and, where the fault is ours, make it right with a replacement meal or meals added back to your balance. This is not a refund of money.
If money was debited from your account but no plan was created, or you were charged twice for the same plan, tell us and we will check it. A payment confirmed as charged in error is returned to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days after we confirm it.
